The Transform Program has been developed to provide a framework around working with not for profit organisation to undertake an internal audit of their main administration, human resources and financial functions. This program aims to help make an organisation internally strong so that it can provide a high level of services and programs to the people and clients that it serves. This Transform Program is available to Members to help them undertake an internal evaluation of their organisation and get assistance in areas that need improvement.
