Community Development Planning

An important part of any community development initiative is to ascertain what a community needs to thrive. We have been involved in managing community consultation projects that have been focused on identifying needs within a community and constructing effective responses to community need through individuals and groups proposing solutions. Community Development Projects that we have been involved in include:

• Gwini Development Project: Community services evaluation and community response framework
• Kalumburu Strategic Plan: 2 year plan for development of Kalumburu enterprise and business planning
• Centralised Coordination Delivery Model: development of model and framework for effective service delivery of services to remote indigenous communities
• Restructure project: Organisation restructure project of large remote service delivery organisation
• Financial Recovery Projects: Lead management of various financial recovery projects of key service delivery organisations
• Business and Strategic planning for various not for profit organisations throughout Northern Territory and Western Australia

Our team of staff have been involved in almost all aspects of remote not for profit organisational duties at some point and have a thorough understanding of how corporations work and what we can do to make corporations, programs and services more effective in their performance.
